This project was carried out under very demanding circumstances; a large part of the operations took place in the midst of the 2008 economic collapse, requiring various methods to bring it to fruition. Gísli Rúnar worked on this project initially as an assistant project manager and later as the project manager.
Gísli Rúnar worked on the project as the project manager for the construction of structures in the area. Construction of structures in the highlands of Iceland, when work is carried out year-round, is a demanding project, requiring solutions to very diverse conditions.
